The Omega Community Enrichment Foundation (OCEF) aims to address key challenges that impact the well-being and success of individuals and families in underserved communities through our services.
Our Mission
OCEF’s mission is to enhance education, health, finance, and welfare outcomes in underserved communities by leveraging facilities, strategic collaborations, and programs, primarily focusing on awarding academic scholarships for K-12 students, with priority given to low-income students, while adhering to Section 501(c)(3) regulations.

OCEF Programs
1 - Omega Scholars
The Omega Scholars Program is dedicated to empowering students in grades K-12 by providing financial assistance for quality education.
We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and achieve their full potential, regardless of financial barriers.
Through scholarships, mentorship, and community support, Omega Community Enrichment Foundation is investing in the next generation of leaders, ensuring that education remains a pathway to success for all.
2 - Omega Dollars and Sense
The Omega Dollars and Sense program equips individuals and families with the knowledge and skills needed to achieve financial stability and independence.
Through workshops, one-on-one coaching, and community resources, we provide guidance on budgeting, saving, credit management, and smart financial decision-making. At Omega Community Enrichment Foundation, we believe that financial literacy is the key to long-term success, and we are committed to helping our community build brighter, more secure futures.
3 - Omega Community Harvest
The Omega Community Harvest program is dedicated to combating food insecurity by providing nutritious meals to individuals and families in need. Through community partnerships and generous supporters, we distribute fresh food and essential groceries to ensure no one goes hungry.

4 - Omega Safe Haven
The Omega Safe Haven program provides critical support for survivors of domestic violence, offering a path to safety, healing, and empowerment.

5 - Omega Community Care
At Omega Community Enrichment Foundation , we are committed to improving community health by providing accessible, high-quality care and education. Our Omega Community Care program focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management and mental health support, ensuring that individuals and families receive the resources they need to lead healthier lives.
Through partnerships with local healthcare providers, educational workshops, and direct services, we empower communities to take charge of their well-being. Together, we are building a healthier future for all.
6 - Performing Arts Scholarship
The Performing Arts Scholarship Program is designed to support high school students who excel in various performing arts disciplines such as music, dance, theater, and visual arts. This program aims to nurture and develop the talents of young artists by providing financial assistance for their education and training.
Scholarships are awarded based on artistic merit, dedication, and potential, with a particular focus on students from low-income backgrounds who might not otherwise have access to advanced training and opportunities.
